Returns & Refunds – FamiliarShoe

1. Return Policy
At FamiliarShoe, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Eligible Items
Only items purchased directly from familiarshoe.com are eligible for returns. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Complete the return request form and follow the instructions for shipping. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all associated shipping costs.

7. International Returns
Customers outside of our primary shipping region are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Please ensure customs documentation is accurate for international returns.

8. Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed after the items have been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
